The practice of cardiac coherence regulates the heartbeat, brings calm and serenity to your day.
It is advisable to practice seated, back straight and feet flat. Accompanying the breaths with a gesture makes the exercise more effective. We can gladly move towards meditation.
This application, based on a sound loop, also allows freer practice (freed hands and eyes) during daily activities.
We can then move towards a practice of mindfulness.
"TIMER" function included to determine the automatic stop of the sound loop once the chosen time has elapsed.
